The Town Center at Acacia Estates is set to become a more active attraction, with a two-story commercial strip, supermarket, and al-fresco dining areas arranged around a central plaza and promenade. The design leans toward everyday convenience with spaces meant to be used regularly, not occasionally.

Planned additions include more parks, nature-oriented zones, and an expanded plant nursery to support eco-friendly efforts. Acacia Estates, established in 2007, spans nearly 130 hectares, with a significant portion still reserved for future development and shared spaces.
