Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) has been named one of HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work For in Asia for the fifth consecutive year, extending a recognition streak at began in 2022.
The milestone also earned TLDC HR Asia’s Gold Harmonia Award, reserved for the select group of companies recognized for five consecutive years.

TLDC also received three special awards, namely the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award, the People Transformation Award, and the Sustainable Workplace Award, bringing its total to four awards the night.
HR Asia’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award celebrates companies that see strength in diversity, where everyone is included, heard, and empowered to thrive. The People Transformation Award recognizes companies that place learning at the center of their people strategy and equip their workforce with the capabilities needed for the challenges of tomorrow. Finally, the Sustainable Workplace Award honors companies that build workplaces that care for their people, their communities, and the planet.

HR Asia, a leading regional publication for HR professionals, has conducted the Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards in the Philippines for the past eight years. Held across markets in Asia, the awards recognize companies with excellent workplace cultures, strong HR practices, and high employee engagement. This year’s winners were chosen through an independent judging process based on employee surveys and best practice audits.
