Worldwide demand for prefabricated and modular housing is projected to reach $203.49 billion by 2030, creating opportunities for regional manufacturing hubs capable of supporting large-scale production.
Hive believes the Philippines is well-positioned to participate in this growth, particularly as the country continues to push infrastructure development through a $44.5 billion public-private partnership pipeline and a labor force participation rate that has reached 65.7%.
