Organized by Singapore-based MARKETECH APAC, the CMAA honors organizations across the region that demonstrate excellence in content strategy, creativity, audience engagement, and measurable business results. This year’s competition drew entries from Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, India, Vietnam, Australia, and Mongolia.

Pueblo de Oro joined a roster of finalists that included Malaysia Airlines, Standard Chartered Bank, the Hong Kong Tourism Board, Novartis, and TikTok. Representing the Philippines alongside the developer were organizations such as Aboitiz Group, Ayala Land, GCash, and the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS).

“Being recognized on the Asia-Pacific stage is an honor for Pueblo de Oro and a testament to our commitment to purposeful, meaningful, and authentic storytelling,” said Apple Barretto, Pueblo de Oro Assistant Vice President for Integrated Communications. “Beyond showcasing our developments, our communications seek to reflect our values, our commitment to responsible township development, and the positive impact we aspire to create for our homeowners, communities, investors, and other stakeholders.”

The recognition adds to Pueblo de Oro’s growing portfolio of achievements in township development, sustainability, innovation, and community building. It also highlights the company’s continued investment in strategic communications that strengthen its brand and reinforce the long-term value of its developments.

As one of the Philippine organizations recognized at this year’s CMAA, Pueblo de Oro continues to showcase how purpose-driven storytelling can stand alongside some of the Asia-Pacific region’s leading brands.
