Grand Monaco Land strengthened its presence in the Philippine real estate industry after receiving three major recognitions during the FIABCI Philippines 2026 Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards held on April 29, 2026 at Solaire Resort North.
The developer was recognized across multiple categories spanning affordable housing, hospitality development, and executive leadership, reflecting the company’s growing footprint in both residential and tourism-oriented projects.
Among the highlights of the evening was the conferment of the Diplomate in Real Estate Management award on Grand Monaco Land President and CEO Engr. Reynaldo A. Carpio, Ph.D. Considered the highest distinction granted by FIABCI Philippines, the recognition honored his nearly 40 years of contribution to the local real estate sector, particularly in affordable housing and integrated community development.
During the ceremony, former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo also cited Engr. Carpio’s guiding philosophy on lifelong learning, stating: “Once you stop learning, you stop growing. Therefore, never stop learning.”
The company also earned the Gold Winner Award for 2026 Outstanding Developer of the Year – Residential Affordable Category through Montana Misora Homes under the Grand Monaco–Montana Homes portfolio. The recognition marked Grand Monaco Land’s third Outstanding Developer of the Year award, reinforcing its continued focus on building accessible and quality communities for Filipino homebuyers.
Further expanding its achievements beyond residential development, the company received the Silver Winner Award for 2026 Outstanding Developer – Hotel Category (4-Star Level) for Monaco Hotel. The recognition highlighted Grand Monaco Land’s continued expansion into hospitality, as well as its efforts to elevate standards within the sector.
