Brittany has gained further recognition for its premium residential and leisure portfolio after winning two major honors at the recently held Real Estate Asia Awards 2026.

Brittany strengthened its premium residential and leisure portfolio after winning two major honors at the recently held Real Estate Asia Awards 2026.

These awards further strengthen Brittany’s standing in the premium residential and leisure property segments, where buyers are placing greater weight on masterplanning, location, open spaces, design quality, and value. At the same time, these recognitions affirm Brittany’s strategy of developing globally inspired communities in growth corridors and tourism destinations.

Brittany Group Head Eda Tambologan delivered the company’s acceptance speech during the award ceremony in Singapore.

Premium estate in the South

Inspired by the Italian Riviera, Portofino is currently one of the most established neighborhoods in Metro South.

Since 2007, it has grown to include more than 1,000 spacious homes and residential lots, spread across several distinctive residential enclaves including Portofino Heights, Portofino South, Amore at Portofino, and Portofino South Veneto.

The awards reinforce Brittany’s position in the premium residential and leisure property segments.

Portofino carries a distinct Mediterranean-inspired look, with clay-tiled roofs, arched windows, landscaped streetscapes, and wide, tree-lined avenues shaping the estate’s character. Brittany has maintained this identity through architectural guidelines that keep the community cohesive while allowing homeowners to make their spaces their own.

Its location within the 3,500-ha Villar City further strengthens its appeal as it places guests and residents near major business districts, schools, commercial centers, transport networks, and other urban conveniences.

Industry leaders were honored at the Real Estate Asia Awards for shaping the future of real estate through innovation and excellence.

As demand for larger living spaces and lower density communities increasingly shapes anew the premium residential market, Portofino continues to give buyers access to an established estate with built-out infrastructure, prime address, generous open spaces, a distinct residential character, and strong potential for capital appreciation.

Integrated island development

Escana Boracay, meanwhile, won the mixed-use development award for its estate within Station Zero in Boracay Island.

Brittany tapped the Singapore-based WOW Architects to bring to life its vision for this project, which features four mid-rise residential towers, a future luxury hotel under the Brittany Hotel brand, exclusive villas and a commercial village.

The project takes advantage of its sloping beachfront site to maximize ocean views while carefully organizing the estate into public, semi-public, and private zones. This planning approach allows Escana Boracay to combine residential, hospitality, and commercial uses while preserving the privacy and exclusivity expected in a premium island development.

Escana Boracay also incorporates biophilic and climate-responsive design features, including green façades, passive cooling strategies, landscaped open spaces, walking trails, and pedestrian-oriented areas. These elements support a more considered approach to leisure development in one of the country’s most important tourism destinations.

Its planned amenities—including infinity-edge pools, sky gardens, wellness facilities, beachfront areas, retail and dining spaces, and other hospitality components—are expected to expand the project’s appeal beyond residential use.

Indeed, Escana Boracay offers a leisure property proposition supported by Boracay’s thriving tourism market, the exclusivity of Station Zero, and the added value of a mixed-use estate with residential, hotel, and commercial components.

Clear growth direction

These two latest awards no doubt highlight Brittany’s presence in two distinct but important segments of the property market.

Portofino reflects the company’s strength in large-scale premium residential communities in key urban growth corridors. Escana Boracay, for its part, shows its expansion into integrated leisure estates that combine residential, hospitality, commercial, and wellness components.

As Brittany moves into its next phase of growth, its portfolio is expected to further reflect what the premium market increasingly values: strong locations, integrated lifestyle environments, design-led communities, and long-term investment potential.
