For many homebuyers, one of the biggest challenges when considering a pre-selling property is imagining what the finished home will feel like. Liv, ARTHALAND’s newest residential development in Katipunan, recently addressed that challenge through an immersive property showcase that allowed prospective buyers to step inside full-scale representations of future homes and experience the spaces in a more realistic way.
Held at Bigger Pictures in Mandaluyong City, the event transformed the studio into life- sized one-bedroom and two-bedroom unit layouts using projection technology. Instead of simply viewing floor plans or scale models, guests could walk through the projected spaces, explore room configurations, and gain a better sense of how the units would function in everyday life.
Upon arrival, guests entered the main studio where full-scale unit layouts were projected onto the floor, while an immersive video walkthrough played across an entire wall. Beds, sofas, dining sets, and other furnishings were placed throughout the space, helping create an environment that felt much closer to an actual home.
The setup also allowed several families and investors to explore the units simultaneously, creating a more open and fluid viewing experience. As guests moved through the space, ARTHALAND sales representatives were on hand to answer questions and discuss ownership and investment opportunities.
The experience proved popular among attendees, many of whom appreciated being able to physically walk through the layouts rather than relying solely on renderings and brochures.

A defining feature of the development is a dedicated pedestrian footbridge that will connect Liv’s podium directly to the university district. Fully funded and maintained by ARTHALAND, the publicly accessible bridge is expected to improve pedestrian safety, make daily commutes more convenient, and help ease traffic along Katipunan Avenue.
The first tower, the 46-story Liv North, will offer 748 residential units ranging from studio to two-bedroom residences. The homes feature thoughtfully planned layouts, including a multi-passenger bathroom design that separates the toilet and shower areas to provide greater privacy, efficiency, and comfort.
Residents will also have access to amenities that support wellness, productivity, and community living. These include a fitness gym, multi-purpose court, lap and kiddie pools, outdoor wellness spaces, interactive study pods, social areas, and the Potager Garden, a landscaped edible garden where residents can enjoy fresh herbs, fruits, and vegetables. A retail podium will also bring everyday conveniences closer to home.
Sustainability remains at the heart of the development. Liv incorporates energy-efficient systems, water-saving fixtures, and building design features to reduce energy consumption and enhance indoor comfort. The project is also pursuing quadruple
certification under LEED®, WELL™ EDGE, and BERDE, reflecting ARTHALAND’s commitment to creating healthier and more sustainable communities.
Prospective buyers will soon have another opportunity to experience Liv up close with the opening of the Arthaland Gallery in the third quarter of this year. The new gallery along Katipunan Avenue will feature Liv North’s fully furnished Studio and One-Bedroom show units, allowing visitors to better appreciate the development’s design, quality, and living spaces while helping them envision life in their future home.
