A more connected and pedestrian-focused Arca South takes shape with the opening of Arca South Main Street, a new open-air corridor by Ayala Land designed to link key components of the estate, including Ayala Malls Arca South and a recently activated transport terminal.
Positioned as a central circulation route within the mixed-use district, the development strengthens movement across residential, office, retail, and public spaces while also introducing areas for dining, leisure, and community interaction.
A walkable link within a fast-developing estate
Main Street runs through the core of Arca South, shaping how people move across the district through a pedestrian-first layout. Designed as an open, accessible corridor, it supports smoother transitions between work, home, and lifestyle destinations while reinforcing sustainability and ease of mobility.
At one end of the corridor, Ayala Malls Arca South anchors daily activity with retail, dining, and essential services. Across the estate, a transport terminal provides direct access to surrounding business districts, reinforcing Arca South’s role as an emerging urban gateway in Taguig.
Complementing this network is a newly opened transport hub located near Main Street, further improving connectivity to and from adjacent city centers. The development also sits near commercial establishments such as Landers Superstore, adding to the area’s daily convenience ecosystem.
Lifestyle spaces built into the streetscape
Rather than functioning solely as a connector, Main Street integrates multiple lifestyle and community-focused zones that shape its daily rhythm.

Further expanding its event capacity, The Blue Leaf Events Spaces is scheduled to open in 2027, adding a dedicated venue for corporate functions, celebrations, and private gatherings within the district.
