Four Ayala Land Hospitality properties have earned recognition in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide hotel selection, spanning island resorts in El Nido and luxury hotels in Makati.
Lagen Island and Raffles Makati received Two MICHELIN Keys—the only Philippine hotels to do so in this year’s selection. Pangulasian Island and Fairmont Makati each received One MICHELIN Key.
The MICHELIN Key recognizes hotels for qualities including design, service and connection to their destination. One Key denotes a “very special stay”; Two Keys, an “exceptional stay.”
“We are deeply honored to have four of our properties recognized by the MICHELIN Guide. It is a meaningful affirmation of the teams behind these hotels and island resorts, and the care they put into every guest experience,” said Gustavo Morales, Chief Operating Officer of Ayala Land Hospitality.
From island sanctuaries to the city

Lagen Island’s recognition follows a year-long transformation that renewed its spaces and guest experiences while strengthening its connection to the surrounding landscape and Filipino craftsmanship. Across Bacuit Bay, Pangulasian Island earned its Key for an experience shaped by nature, personalized service and an unhurried pace.

In Makati, Raffles Makati pairs the brand’s heritage with intuitive service and Filipino hospitality. Fairmont Makati offers a contemporary five-star experience across accommodations, dining and wellness.

From Palawan to Makati, the four properties show how Ayala Land Hospitality’s approach takes a different shape in each destination while retaining a strong sense of place.
