SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation (SMHCC) has appointed Kits Pinga as Club General Manager of Pico de Loro Beach & Country Club, strengthening the company’s leadership bench as it continues to enhance operations across its leisure portfolio.
The appointment underscores SMHCC’s ongoing focus on operational excellence and deeper member and guest engagement across its destinations.
A hospitality and club management executive with more than two decades of experience, Pinga brings a background spanning hospitality, fitness, and leisure industries. His career has been anchored on managing membership-based and recreational properties, aligning closely with the requirements of a premier country club setting.
Before joining Pico de Loro Beach & Country Club, he served as General Manager of Pueblo de Oro Golf and Country Club, where he handled overall club operations, financial management, customer relations, and business development. He has also held leadership roles in several golf and country clubs, including Dakak Golf Club Inc., Calatagan Golf Club Inc., Valley Golf and Country Club, and Alabang Country Club.
Known for his hands-on management style and operational discipline, Pinga has built a track record of elevating service standards while fostering strong relationships with members, guests, and teams. His experience positions him to guide Pico de Loro Beach & Country Club into its next phase of growth.
In Nasugbu, Pico de Loro Beach & Country Club is regarded as one of the country’s leading coastal leisure communities, combining nature, wellness, recreation, and exclusive membership experiences. Under his leadership, the Club aims to further strengthen its appeal as a destination for families, leisure travelers, and members seeking a lifestyle-focused community outside Metro Manila.
In his new role, Pinga will oversee overall administration and day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, service standards, and member engagement programs.
